Summary

Seeking a

GenAI Architect

to design and lead

agent-based AI solutions

using

Azure OpenAI Service

for field & case management. This role focuses on scalable, secure, enterprise-grade AI systems and multi-agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end

GenAI architecture

on Azure

• Build

multi-agent frameworks, RAG, and semantic search solutions

• Integrate AI with

CRM, ERP, Field Service, and IoT platforms

• Establish

AI governance, security, and monitoring

• Lead architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience with

Azure OpenAI Service

• Expertise in

LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases

• Experience with

agent frameworks (LangChain/Semantic Kernel)

• Hands-on with

Azure services (AI Search, Functions, Kubernetes, APIs)

• 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in AI/ML

Nice to Have

• Field Service platforms (Dynamics 365, ServiceNow)
• IoT integrations, Azure certifications
