Event Security-Overnight

Andy Frain Services is seeking professional, customer-focused Event Security personnel to support entertainment and sports events within the Security & Law Enforcement function. In this highly visible role, you will help create a safe, enjoyable environment for guests, staff, and performers while representing both the venue and Andy Frain Services with professionalism and integrity.

As an Event Security team member, you will be stationed throughout arenas, stadiums, theaters, and other live event venues to provide a consistent, reassuring security presence. You will conduct access control by verifying tickets and credentials, performing bag checks, and monitoring entry points to ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. You will observe crowds for potential safety issues, disturbances, or policy violations and take appropriate steps to de-escalate situations or promptly notify a supervisor or law enforcement when necessary.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with crowd management and guest flow before, during, and after events. You will help guide guests to entrances, exits, and seating areas, support orderly queuing and line management, and contribute to safe evacuation or shelter-in-place procedures if required.

Event

Security staff are expected to remain alert and attentive for long periods, maintain clear radio communication with teammates and supervisors, and accurately document any incidents, safety hazards, or unusual activity.

A strong customer service orientation is essential. You will regularly interact with guests by answering questions, providing directions, and offering assistance, all while enforcing venue policies in a calm, courteous manner. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments that may include large crowds, loud noise, and varying weather conditions, depending on the venue.
