MARKETING ASSOCIATE (MAKATI)

The Marketing Associate is responsible in account solicitation activities, customer obssession, documentation, administrative function, and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities

• Pre-screens and encodes application within the standard turn-around time
• Assists the Sales Officer in relaying approval to client, referring branch, salesman or dealer
• Assists the Sales Officer in answering inquiries and concerns of the channels being handled
• Assists client in signing of loan documents (for Direct Marketing accounts)
• Assists the Sales Officer in conducting follow-ups on the accounts with pending approvals
• Prepare the loan documents to be signed by the client for Direct Marketing accounts
• Prepares and sends the Purchase Order and Credit Advice (for Dealer Financing) to the dealer
• Prepares report and monitors status of applications received in coordination with the Sales Officer
• Handles the processing of payment of the department's expenses through eProc
• Manages the supplies and equipment of the department
• Follows up and regularizes documentary deficiencies to ensure compliance
• Ensures compliance on mandatory trainings and seminars
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4 year degree course
• Goal-oriented, focus on completing the tasks to achieve positive outcome
• Adaptability, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Team Player, works well with the team and actively contributes completing team tasks
