Marketing & Studio Executive

The Role
Marketing & Brand Support

Support the development and delivery of Beep's marketing activity across social media, PR, awards and partnerships
Create and manage a content and marketing calendar to ensure timely, consistent communications aligned with key campaigns and studio milestones
Develop creative content — from concept to delivery — ensuring everything is on-brand, relevant, and aligned with our messaging strategy
Research industry trends, competitor activity and thought leaders to inform positioning and keep us ahead of the curve
Monitor and maintain our external brand presence, including the website, social channels and presentation materials
Identify opportunities for visibility, such as events, speaking engagements, and content ideas
Contribute to copywriting, content planning and the coordination of campaigns

Studio & Culture Operations

Be the first point of contact in the studio — welcoming guests and supporting a professional, inclusive environment
Manage day-to-day studio operations: supplies, space planning, meeting bookings, refreshments and upkeep
Coordinate internal events, workshops, lunches and seasonal activities
Help foster a collaborative, well-organised and creatively inspiring studio culture

Ideal Profile
About you

You're early in your career and eager to learn — likely a recent graduate or with 1–2 years' experience in a relevant role
You're organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
You've got a genuine interest in branding, design, communications and emerging tech (especially AI)
You're confident using tools like Linkedin, Instagram, Google Workspace and Canva — bonus points for familiarity with AI tools
You're a strong communicator, both in person and in writing
You bring positive energy and take pride in the small details that help a team and studio run well
