Responsibilities

• Looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to source, engage, and support OPT/STEM OPT candidates located in the USA for placement and career opportunities
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience in US staffing, international student recruitment, or OPT hiring, with strong communication skills and the ability to conduct outbound calls and candidate follow-ups
• Source and engage OPT / STEM OPT candidates in the USA via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
• Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools

Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in US Staffing / OPT / International Recruitment
• Strong understanding of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B basics
• Source and engage OPT / STEM OPT candidates in the USA via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
• Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc. preferred)
