We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Intern to support our analytics team in transforming data into actionable insights. This internship offers hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, building reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
What You'll Do:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
• Support ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Document analytical processes and findings
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  

What You'll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in junior or senior year
• Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Exposure to data analysis tools such as Qlik, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Coursework or experience in data modeling, coding, or predictive analytics is a plus
• Familiarity with finance or accounting is a plus
• Familiarity with databases and querying (e.g., SQL) is a plus
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or other relevant analytical work is a plus
