About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Data Services, a pivotal role that demands a strategic and technical professional with a strong background in driving customer and user experience improvements. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the VP and the leadership team, ensuring a relentless focus on delivering results and holding teams accountable. This position requires a deep understanding of the dynamic world of cloud computing, and the ability to work effectively with science and engineering teams, as well as various business partners including finance, HR, recruiting, and service delivery leaders. As the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for developing business insights, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving continuous process improvement to remove obstacles and enable the team to succeed. You will also play a critical role in identifying key initiatives and investment areas, supporting the user experience strategy, and tracking execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive in seeking out and addressing experiential issues, and will demonstrate leadership in understanding the underlying user experience and technology of the systems.
