Title: US Field Service Support Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge of company products to provide support
• Communication of field feedback and support requirements to/from engineering
• Communication of field feedback and support requirements to/from repair
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to field technicians and area managers as required
• Dissemination of engineering changes & tech bulletins to the field
• Maintain organized records of all technical updates
• Training of new technicians / retraining and special tech sessions as needed
• Manage software update projects as required
• Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
• Local travel required up to 20% of time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical / technical aptitude a must
• Prior experience with reverse vending equipment is highly desired
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to effectively train other employees
• Strong independent thinking with the ability to proactively identify problems and provide solutions / suggestions
• Ability to handle tasks and prioritize with minimal direction
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
