About Us
We operate multiple Individualized Supported Living (ISL) homes serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Our focus is high-quality care, compliance with state regulations, and creating efficient systems that support both staff and residents.
We are looking for someone who can design, build, implement, and train staff on practical AI-driven systems that improve daily operations—not just theoretical solutions.

- Automatically review daily shift notes for:
- Compliance risks
- Restrictive or non-person-centered language
- Suggest improved phrasing aligned with care standards
- Generate monthly summaries (DPM-style reports) from daily logs
- Internal AI Assistant for Staff
Build a simple, mobile-friendly AI assistant that allows staff to:
- Ask questions about policies and procedures
- Get guidance on documentation (ex: PRN notes, MAR-related questions)
- Identify who to contact in specific situations
- Access simplified guidance from care plans and internal documents
- Secure Document/Image Processing
- Create a system where staff can:
- Upload or take photos of documents (ex: MAR sheets)
- Receive AI-assisted guidance (ex: how to properly document PRN usage)
- Ensure all workflows are HIPAA-conscious and auditable
- No passive or automatic camera access—user-initiated only
- Implementation & Staff Training
- Deploy systems in a way that is simple and usable for DSP-level staff
- Train staff and management on usage
- Ensure tools reduce workload—not add complexity
- Iterate based on real-world usage
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
- Experience building automation systems using tools like:
- Zapier or Make (Integromat)
- Experience working with AI integrations (OpenAI or similar)
- Ability to connect systems to Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets)
- Strong focus on usability and real-world implementation
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance-heavy environments
- Experience building internal AI assistants or chat systems
- Understanding of documentation workflows and audit requirements
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
- AI system reviewing and improving shift notes inside Google Docs
- Functional AI assistant answering staff questions in real-time
- Automated DPM-style summaries generated from daily documentation
- Staff actively using the system with minimal friction
- Clear reduction in management time spent reviewing and correcting notes
Compensation
- Project-based or monthly contract ($2,000–$5,000/month depending on scope and experience)
- Potential for long-term engagement and expansion into Phase 2 systems
How to Apply
Please include
- Examples of systems you’ve built (NOT just descriptions—show real workflows)
- Tools and platforms you typically use
- A brief explanation of how you would approach building a simple internal AI assistant for staff
Note: We are not looking for theoretical AI consultants. We are looking for someone who builds systems that work in real-world environments with frontline staff.
