The Role

• Design and build production-grade AI agents and services using Python.
• Lead build, test, and release automation for AI applications.
• Implement multi-model routing and cost/latency trade-offs for LLM integration.
• Design retrieval strategies leveraging vectors for scalable, multi-tenant use cases.
• Apply telemetry-first practices for debugging and support on-call readiness.
• Incorporate secure-by-default practices for AI system security and responsibility.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Python development skills with a focus on testing and packaging.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and responsible AI principles.
• Experience with LLM integration and observability.
