We are Kuubiik, a global outsourcing and agency provider. We're looking for a Freelance TikTok Video Editor to help one of our clients create engaging, high-performing short-form videos tailored for TikTok and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos that align with trending TikTok styles, sounds, and formats.
• Repurpose long-form footage into attention-grabbing TikTok clips (subtitles, hooks, pacing, and transitions).
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and effects to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with the client's creative or marketing team to refine content direction and tone.
• Add captions, on-screen text, and graphics that fit the brand style and enhance engagement.
• Manage and organize raw footage and project files for easy access and version control.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience editing TikTok or short-form vertical videos.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm in short-form content.
• Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong sense of current social media trends, memes, and viral content formats.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment.

Great-to-Have Skills

• Motion graphics or basic animation experience (After Effects or similar).
• Familiarity with other platforms like Reels, YouTube Shorts, or Snapchat Spotlight.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
