🚀 Sports Social Media Internship @ Mr Chirp (Remote)

Mr Chirp is the fastest-growing next-gen sports media brand. In just 2 months, we've added 86,000+ followers on IG + TikTok and generated 35,000,000+ video views. Our signature game-reaction format averages 180k+ views per video and turns big moments into catchy, highly shareable clips. (@mrchirpmusic) on TikTok and Instagram.

– Cam Skattebo reaction (1.53M+ views across TikTok and IG)

– Josh Allen losing to Drake Maye reaction (985K+ views across TikTok and IG)

We're hiring a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes sports and can help us scale the magic.

What you'll do

• Create game & player reaction videos in our signature Mr Chirp style with viral potential
• Cut instant-reaction clips from Twitter/X & YouTube and assemble 1–2 minute edits right after games
• Use (or learn) Suno for AI music and ChatGPT / Grok for punchy, on-brand lyrics about what happened in the game
• Track key moments across NFL, NBA, College Football and College Basketball and deliver 5 songs/videos per week
• Work fully remote, stay organized, hit quick turnarounds

Our typical song + video workflow takes 1–2 hours. Expect ~10 hrs/week.

You're great at

• Short-form content for TikTok/Reels/Shorts
• Video editing (fast cuts, captions, memes, timing)
• Finding instant-reaction clips + complementary meme footage/stills
• Staying active on Twitter/X to catch moments as they happen
• (Bonus) Experience with Suno + ChatGPT/Grok, or eagerness to learn quickly

Compensation

• $600/month to start (≈ $15+/hr for ~10 hrs/week)
• Upside via TikTok bonus payouts + affiliate/ad partner bonuses
• Flexible hours — but you must be able to publish immediately after key games
