Duration: Full Time (Permanent)

Job Description

1. Should be able to diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.

2. Should be able to take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary

3. Should be able install and configure new IT equipment and keep the inventory of local hardware.

4. Should be expert in handling related to MS Office, configuration of mailboxes etc.

5. Should have basic knowledge of Active Directory: user management, group policies, and security groups

6. Should have hands on knowledge of application deployment through tools like SCCM.

7. Knowledge of image management and patch management is an added advantage.

8. Should be able to provide the smart hand/touch support whenever required by the server support team. Candidate with L1 knowledge of Server Support will be preferred.

9. Should be able to handle VIP users by providing excellent customer service and provide resolution in timely manner.

10. Should be able to maintain a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
