Mobile SDET (iOS / Android)

Only W2 Job Description: We are looking for experienced Mobile SDET to build and maintain automated testing solutions for its ServiceNow mobile application. Candidates should have deep expertise in either iOS (Swift/XCUITest) or Android (Kotlin/Espresso) with working knowledge of the other platform. The role focuses on designing scalable automation frameworks, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines, improving test reliability, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure high-quality mobile releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native mobile automation frameworks using XCUITest/XCTest (iOS) or Espresso/UI Automator (Android).
• Build reusable test libraries and integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins pipelines.
• Create test strategies, plans, and quality metrics while reducing test flakiness.
• Execute API, integration, and end-to-end testing using modern testing practices.
• Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive QA best practices, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Mobile SDET/Test Automation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift/XCUITest or Kotlin/Espresso.
• Experience building scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of native mobile architectures, API testing, device farms, and test automation best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
