Compensation: $300k–$500k+ OTE (base + equity + success fees)

iollo is Stanford-founded and Y Combinator-backed. We've built Quinn, an AI scientist that does the work of a full research team in days for Fortune 500 pharma companies.

The role: lead how Quinn enters the pharma R&D market at the executive level.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with pharma R&D leadership
• Navigate enterprise pharma at the executive level
• Help land enterprise partnerships that require executive-level trust

You may be a good fit if you have

• 10+ years in pharma or biotech with active, trust-based executive relationships
• Experience bringing new technology or services into pharma R&D workflows
• Scientific literacy to discuss drug development decisions credibly
• A background in life sciences consulting, biotech BD, or pharma-focused SaaS
• Personally generated or influenced $10M+ in enterprise partnerships or revenue

You'll stand out if you

• Are already known and trusted by the people who make program-level R&D decisions
• Have worked across multiple large pharma organizations, not just one
