Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We looking for someone to join are team. Our podcast was released on June 18, 2025. The podcast have 50k+ subscribers on arenaflex and is still growing. This is not Dental related. This is a podcast based on Gen X women. We are looking for a self starter willing to help us grow more. This a good job for someone new in the business or studying to be in the business. Degree is not a must. Experience is Entry-Level. Key Responsibilities:

• • *Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the brand's goals and audience interests. Create engaging posts, images, videos, and other media as needed.
• • *Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.-
• • *Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, addressing comments and messages in a timely manner.-
• • *Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.
• • *Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• • *Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.-
• • *Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet performance goals. Qualifications:
• • Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
• • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
