The Opportunity We're looking for a Lead Android Engineer to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development. You'll lead a team of engineers, drive architecture and engineering best practices, and deliver scalable, high-performance Android applications in a collaborative Agile environment. What You'll Do Lead the design, architecture, and development of Android applications. Mentor and manage a team of Android engineers. Drive technical strategy, code quality, and engineering best practices. Partner with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-impact features. Lead code reviews and modernize existing applications. Help shape the technical roadmap and improve development processes. What We're Looking For 10+ years of Android development experience. 2+ years leading or managing Android engineering teams. Strong expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development. Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVI, Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, REST APIs, and CI/CD. Strong knowledge of application architecture, performance optimization, testing, and scalable system design. Experience working with legacy code modernization. The Opportunity We're looking for a Lead iOS Engineer to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development. You'll lead a team of iOS engineers, influence architecture and engineering standards, and help deliver world-class mobile experiences. What You'll Do Lead the architecture and development of enterprise iOS applications. Mentor, coach, and manage a team of iOS engineers.
