Job Title - IS Developer Analyst (.NET / Azure / AKS)

Location- Mundelein, Illinois (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an IS Developer Analyst on behalf of our client in Mundelein, Illinois. This role is ideal for a skilled software developer with experience in ASP.NET technologies, cloud-native application development, and microservices architecture.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and cloud-based services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices deployed in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and enhance security and reliability.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core
• C#
• Angular
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience developing and deploying microservices using C# and AKS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform and cloud-based application development.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and AI-powered search technologies.
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and containerized deployments.
