Clinical Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Treatment:
  

x25CB;Conduct thorough assessments of musculoskeletal conditions, including soft tissue injuries, joint issues, and spinal problems.
x25CB;Develop personalised treatment plans for patients and guide them through rehabilitation.
x25CB;Use a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, ultrasound, shockwave therapy, and other interventions.
x25CB;Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

• Building and Managing Your Caseload:
  

x25CB;Actively grow and manage your own caseload of MSK patients.
x25CB;Provide ongoing treatment and progress assessments.
Marketing And Business Development

• Blog Writing:
  

x25CB;Regularly write informative and engaging blogs related to musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and other relevant topics.
x25CB;Work with the clinics marketing team to optimize content for SEO and patient engagement.

• Social Media Content Planning:
  

x25CB;Plan and create content for the clinics social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
x25CB;Create engaging posts that promote clinic services, patient success stories, health tips, and upcoming events.

• Marketing Content Collaboration:
  

x25CB;Work alongside the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content that reflects the clinics values and services.
x25CB;Assist in creating promotional materials such as posters, email newsletters, and flyers.

• In:House Videos:
  

x25CB;Plan and collaborate on creating educational videos, exercises, and treatment demonstrations for patients.
x25CB;Assist in the production of video content for social media and the clinics website.

• Local Business Outreach and Referral Schemes:
  

x25CB;Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses for referral partnerships.
x25CB;Set up referral schemes with local gyms, fitness centres, chiropractors, and other health practitioners.
x25CB;Coordinate visits to local businesses to promote services and foster collaborative relationships.
Administrative And Operational Tasks

• Patient Communication:

• Stock and Equipment Management:

x25CB;Monitor clinic supplies and maintain proper inventory records.

• Stocktaking:
  

x25CB;Perform regular stocktakes of all clinic supplies and equipment, including consumables, to ensure adequate levels.
x25CB;Report any stock discrepancies or needs to the clinic manager
