Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

• *AI Project Manager**

to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, production-grade Generative AI solutions along with proven project management experience. Prior experience with advanced Copilot Studio agent capabilities is mandatory.

This role requires a blend of deep technical AI knowledge and the ability to manage cross-functional IT initiatives from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution using LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Architect and implement RAG-based applications for enterprise-grade use cases.
• Develop, optimize, and manipulate complex algorithms for generative AI model training and inference.
• Build scalable, secure, and production-ready GenAI systems.
• Work extensively with Copilot Studio to develop and manage advanced AI agent capabilities (Must Have).
• Lead end-to-end AI project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including project management exposure.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong experience in building RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Deep proficiency in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience working with multi-modal models (text, image, etc.).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and agent development (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and model optimization techniques.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
