Social Media Content Poster ~ Long-Term, Daily Posts (Everything Pre-Made)

We are hiring multiple social media managers for a long-term role that involves creating and warming up new accounts, then maintaining a consistent daily posting schedule. All content will be fully provided ~ captions, visuals, audio, and posting instructions. You simply need to follow the process and execute reliably every day.

Phase 1 ~ Account setup & warmup

Before posting content, you will set up a new account and warm it up organically. We will give you full guidance on how to do this. This involves:

• Creating a new account following our setup instructions
• Completing the profile according to our provided branding guidelines
• Engaging naturally on the platform for a set warmup period (following, liking, commenting~ usually takes 10-15min per day)
• Building initial organic activity before content posting begins

Full warmup process will be shared. This phase typically lasts 1–2 weeks.

Phase 2 ~ Daily posting (ongoing)

• Upload 3 pre-made posts with provided captions and music
• Upload 4 pre-made stories with provided assets
• Follow the daily posting schedule we provide

Expected daily time commitment: approximately 1–1.5 hours.

Requirements

• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Reliable internet connection and smartphone or computer
• Able to dedicate time daily ~ consistency is essential during warmup
• Punctual ~ posts must go live at scheduled times
• Communicates daily and flags any issues quickly
• No prior social media management experience required
