Social media manager - Contract to Hire

New business with seller accounts on etsy and amazon looking for someone that can help cross list products.

Example: take the things i list on amazon and cross list to etsy as well as post them to facebook & instagram with the amazon & etsy links for viewers to purchase if desired.

I am an art studio selling my own paintings & graphic designs on tshirts, art supplies for artists, loose gemstones & other jewellery making supplies as well as costume and fine jewellery including vintage. Not all items can be added to etsy (they only allow supplies and vintage in regard to jewellery) but will need to be posted to my other social media accounts.

You can decide what days and hours you work. I do not list daily so if you work 1-2 days a week that might be best. It should be straight forward but you will need to save information and photos and videos to transfer. I would also like any videos i add posted to tiktok & YouTube as shorts if this is something you’re willing to do please let me know in your initial message.

I need someone that is able to work independently, reliable, professional and proficient in social media posting. You do not need to do marketing as far as making paid for ads but the listings you do should be optimised for search engines (use as many keywords as possible to help people looking online get directed to my posts)

This is a new business but i have experience with all aspects however i want someone who can help lighten my work load.

Your input is welcome once you get a feel of your job duties. Anything you feel would make it easier for you or help increase sells.

Proper english is a must however, i do not expect you to reply to messages i would appreciate you replying to any comments left on the listings. Ie: a simple thanks for the comment. Anything asking for specific info should be in your weekly message to me. (Someone needs a response on the heart cut citrine gem we posted this week)

Please tell me your thoughts on payment expectations and hours. I cant give anything exact. Unfortunately it could be 10-50 listings to cross post per week. Once we come to an agreement you will be paid weekly for your services. It might be best to charge per listing instead of by the hour. So for example you will take and copy an amazon listing and post it to facebook, instagram and etsy. You will post the videos of the listings to TikTok and YouTube as shorts. Not all items have videos but many do. So please provide a fee for that one listing being re posted to

those 3-5 platforms. Or if you feel a flat fee is appropriate let me know. This is because some weeks i may only have 1-5 other weeks there might be upto 50. Because im new im not sure yet. Also weeks where stock arrives here, there will be more listings.

Also, as i have a chronic illness and end up in hospital for a few days to 1-2 weeks without notice. I have been in remission but somedays i just need to rest and do nothing even though its an online business.

we both have the ability to terminate this relationship at will however a simple NDA will be required and no aspects of my business should be shared no matter how insufficient. Thank you for reading.
