US-Based Social Media VA — Immediate Start

Overview: I'm looking for a sharp, self-directed US-based virtual assistant with strong social media skills to join a fast-moving book launch project for an immediate start. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can take ownership of social platforms, and drive real results without direction.

The Role: You'll be managing and growing concept-led social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest — this requires a particular kind of creativity: the ability to build an engaged audience around an idea rather than an individual.

Beyond creating content and scheduling, you'll be driving engagement, identifying and reaching out to relevant influencers in the book and personal development space, and handling general virtual assistant tasks as they arise.

What We Need From You: A proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts independently. Experience with concept-led or brand accounts — not personal creator accounts. Comfort with content creation, community building and influencer outreach. Strong written and professional communication skills. Discretion and reliability are essential.
