• We are seeking experience with Microsoft Office applications and a large ERP system.
• We need someone who can review customer specifications, applications, and terms and conditions with support from Engineering or Marketing.
• We value strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
• We require the ability to handle quote preparation, pricing inquiries, and product availability checks accurately.
• We prefer candidates who can process orders, returns, and claims with a prompt and detail-oriented approach.
• We are looking for someone comfortable working across departments and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
• We need a candidate who can support an established customer base while building positive relationships.
• Prior experience in a customer support, order management, or account administration environment is beneficial.

👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are

• We support and strengthen relationships with an assigned customer portfolio.
• We manage quote requests and promote products for our designated accounts.
• We handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• We review customer specifications, applications, and contractual terms with assistance from Engineering or Marketing when needed.
• We prepare quotes by confirming pricing and product availability.
• We process customer orders and acknowledge them within 48 hours.
• We manage returns and claims promptly and take corrective action when necessary.
• We participate in cross-functional projects that affect our department and the broader organization.
• We coordinate with multiple internal teams to resolve issues and support customer needs.
