AI Partner Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Partner Solutions Engineer to lead AI-focused technical enablement and content creation for its partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with internal teams to understand and communicate the company's AI strategy to partners

Create AI-focused technical enablement content, including labs, workshops, and best-practice playbooks

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners and lead workshops and technical deep dives

Required Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, or Partner Engineering

Strong hands-on knowledge of AI in UCaaS and / or Contact Center environments

Experience delivering AI solutions to customers or partners

Deep familiarity with the company's portfolio, including Meetings, Phone, and Contact Center

Understanding of enterprise deployment considerations, security, compliance, and integrations
