Director of AI and Machine Learning

A company is looking for a Director of AI & Machine Learning to lead and grow AI capabilities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the AI / ML roadmap for internal operations and customer offerings

Develop practical AI capabilities that enhance efficiency and decision-making

Evaluate commercial AI / ML products and identify opportunities for enhancement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in technology, software, data, AI / ML, or digital transformation roles

5+ years of leadership experience in strategy, execution, and team development

Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies and experience with commercial platforms

Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions
