Principal Cyber Security Engineer

Leading the engineering and operations of security tools and systems, the full-time remote Principal Cyber Security Engineer will assess vulnerabilities, design technical solutions, and mentor associates to enhance the Bank's information security posture. Key responsibilities Researches and implements process improvements and security assessments to enhance information security and compliance Maintains knowledge of industry practices and evolving threats, advising management and mentoring associates on security protocols Leads incident investigations and resolutions, preparing reports and creating documentation for recurring issues Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network, or Information Security, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience Strong hands-on knowledge of federated authentication protocols, including SAML and OIDC Experience with at least one enterprise IAM/SSO platform (e.g., Okta, Ping) Proven scripting and automation expertise in Python and PowerShell Experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
