About The Role
Huckberry is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in shaping our visual storytelling across multiple channels, blending adventure and lifestyle themes into compelling visual narratives. As a key contributor, you will work closely with our Creative and Production teams to develop high-impact assets that resonate with our community and reinforce our brand identity. The ideal candidate is a proactive maker with a keen eye for detail, a passion for craft, and a desire to push creative boundaries. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment, either at our headquarters or remotely with relocation support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience at a lifestyle brand or creative agency
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and visual presentation
  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating digital and print design expertise
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging email newsletters that utilize visual storytelling to maximize engagement
  • Execute daily updates on Huckberry.com, incorporating fresh branded materials and seasonal content
  • Create compelling digital and print assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and uphold brand standards while continuously innovating and elevating visual language
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity
  • Assist in production and asset management to ensure timely delivery of creative materials
