Job Summary
Create high-quality digital assets and contribute to concepting and production across projects. Serve as a reliable and collaborative designer capable of owning smaller projects and supporting senior team members.
Job Responsibilities And Skills

• Design digital materials including websites, banners, emails, and social content that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
• Support UX/UI design tasks (wireframes, prototypes, user flows) in collaboration with team members.
• Apply design systems and brand guidelines with accuracy and creative flair.
• Manage portions of projects independently with oversight from senior designers or ACD.
• Collaborate with developers and strategists to ensure design intent is carried through to final delivery.
• Assist in quality assurance, proofing, and asset handoff.
• Present design rationale to internal teams; occasionally participate in client reviews.
• Contribute to maintenance of digital design systems for clients.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Design or Digital Media.
• 2–4 years of digital design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working understanding of AI tools for image manipulation and data parsing a plus.
• Working understanding of HTML/CSS a plus.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and collaboration skills
