Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and support to customers via phone email or remote access software.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of computer systems networking hardware and software troubleshooting techniques as well as excellent communication skills.

• Assist customers with resolving technical issues using various tools such as diagnostic tests and troubleshooting procedures
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including problem descriptions resolutions actions taken follow-up steps performed
• Communicate complex technical information clearly concisely verbally written or visually;
